To use the TIPS search simply change one of the dropdowns or enter text into the 
keyword or author fields and hit enter.<br/><br/>

To search your own files to find one to edit, conduct a normal search and then click 
the "Edit Your Files" link. Leaving all fields at their default values will give you 
all of your files.
